We have chosen to present you with a range of ticket options for our balls. Next to the standard ticket, we offer a student ticket at a discounted price after showing us your student card. We also offer a "support ticket" that helps our organization to organize more balls in the future and to give artists a fair compensation.
Next to the support ticket there is another way to support us: inform as many people as possible of this ball and try to convince them to join you to this amazing folk dance party.
This edition uses bank transfers. You pick the amount of tickets you want and who they are for, and we will send you an email confirmation when we receive the bank transfer. It can take some time before your bank transfer has been processed by the bank and by us, so it might be a few days before the email confirmation is sent. If you have any questions or encounter any problems during ordering you can contact us on Facebook or by sending an email to balhallafolk@gmail.com. We will cancel your order and tickets if we don't receive the payment within 5 days or before . We will refund the tickets in case we do receive late payments for canceled tickets.
We will be using a name list at the register, so you don't have to take your tickets with you. Tickets cannot be refunded if you cannot come, but they can be transferred to other people. For this you should notify us by email.
The presale ends on . This allows us to receive all payments in a timely fashion.
It is also possible to buy tickets at the register, provided the event is not sold out during presale.
